Jeff Howe is a Texas born drummer currently performing and recording  with Texas singer/songwriter Max Stalling. Max's latest recording will be released in early spring 2018.  This is a live, un-plugged show from the Mucky Duck in Houston.  Jeff also freelance's with various other Texas music artists.   But Jeff is more than just a drummer.  He is also a songwriter, producer and sought after drum instructor. Austin Allsup Single out now! 

Austin Allsups new single, A Beautiful Life, is now out on Texas and Americana radio.  The song will also be available on itunes starting on February 19th.  The song is the first single on the upcoming CD, This Weary Land, which will be released on April 22nd with a pre-order available on February 19th.  This is Jeff's first album with Austin, recorded in the Summer/Fall of 2015

Corn Texas? Yep! 

I never knew there was such a place as Corn, Texas (spelled Coughran but pronounced "Corn").  There is, and of course, I played there back in December with Austin Allsup.  I don't think even Max Stalling has played here before!  Here's bass man Ruben Salazar spreading some peace in front of the "Dancehall" in Coughran, Texas.

New Austin Allsup Single coming in January 

Texas Singer/songwriter Austin Allsup will be releasing a new single to Texas radio in mid January.  The song, "A Beautiful Life" features Ruben Salazar on Bass, Clay Willis on Guitars, Jeff Howe on Drums and Austin Allsup on Guitar and Vocals.  The song will be the first of several singles to be released to Texas radio on Austin's as of yet untitled  album due in March.  Be sure to listen to Texas radio and request the song!

New Chuck Ligon CD to be released October 1st! 

Chuck Ligon's  latest CD entitled, Faith, Love & Revenge  will be released this Friday October 1st.  The release will coincide with a CD release show at Hank's Texas Grill in McKinney.  Joining Chuck onstage for this special night will be Andie Kay Joyner on backing vocals and Heather Stalling on fiddle.  Both of these ladies made fine contributions on the new disc.  The CD was recorded this past summer at several different studios around Dallas with Paul Williams engineering and Jeff Howe producing and features the amazing fret work of Clay Willis.  The disc features 9 new Chuck Ligon songs as well as one special cover song, The Beatles "I've Just Seen A Face".  The CD's first single , "My Just Revenge", will be released sometime in October.  Be sure to call and request the song on KHYI 95.3 The Range!
